My name is Emmanuel Mensah. I hail from Elmina-Bronyibima which also serves as my place of stay. I am the eldest among 8 children of my parents.

I am a Carpenter knowledgeable in both Construction and Furniture Carpentry with 8 years of post-apprenticeship experience which is exclusive of 3 years apprenticeship studies. I have more affection and interests in the Construction Carpentry due to its numerous challenges and dynamics.

I got to know of Sabre through a cousin in August, 2010, when he informed me of the group searching for a Carpenter for some carpentry works at the Training Centre. Those  carpentry works, little did I know, was part of my practical interview. I was fortunate to be selected from among the several carpenters who also worked at the Training Centre.

Currently, I am the Lead Carpenter with the responsibility of assisting and ensuring quality of carpentry works on site. I also assist with the training of inhabitants who wish to learn carpentry during our sustainable KG construction projects in beneficiary communities.
